The Samsung SCD-2080E is our best indoor professional day/night dome camera under $200. With a super high resolution of 600 TVL (700 in b/w) and low light imaging at .001 lux in b/w mode, this camera will get the job done in dimly lit interior spaces where other cameras will show only a black picture.
